For those of you who are sick and tired of "one size" items just because there is elastic... THIS IS THE HOOP FOR YOU! I got the XL. There is good elastic, but I didn't even need to unhook to get it over my head & chest to settle on my waist. But, if needed, it has (instead of velcro) hooks like a bra closure! plus a string to tie. The most comfortable waists on a hoop I've ever tried, especially since I've gained weight (2XL).Also, the metal ribs at each hoop are adjustable. I was worried I was going to have to return this because the hoop was too big for my skirt, but I was able to overlap the rib within the channel and get it down to a more A Line than its max size.100% cotton - breathable fabric!And there are hanger loops at the waist so you can store it more easily.

Very happy with this. The petticoat is sturdy yet flexible as needed. Fits well - really like the clasps on the waistband. Is just long enough for me (at 5ft9") where the bottom reaches my ankles so will be fine under longer skirts. The material is also good quality.

Bought this for my wedding dress and it's amazing!! The hoops don't get in the way of me sitting and it makes my dress so beautiful and full… highly recommend this underskirt!!
