Free Shipping Over $60, no import fees.
1. Shipping Destinations

Supported Regions: We currently ship to North America (United States & Canada), Europe, Oceania (Australia & New Zealand), and most other countries worldwide.

Excluded Regions: If you cannot find your country at checkout, it means we temporarily do not support shipping to that specific region.
2. Delivery Time Estimation
To estimate when your package will arrive, please use the following formula: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days. (The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.)

Transit Time: The time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package after it has been shipped (refer to the table below).

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance
All prices displayed on our website are final. The total amount you pay at checkout includes the product price, shipping costs, and all applicable import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees. We manage the customs declaration and prepay these charges on your behalf under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangement. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.
5.Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items first and notify you via email. The remaining items will be sent separately as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can monitor your shipment through our website or the carrier's official portal.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier-related issues. However, we take full responsibility for covering all import charges and facilitating smooth customs clearance.
