Our Goal: To get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. For In-Stock Items:
* We dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business day of receiving your order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
* Once dispatched, international shipping typically takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at your destination. Please note this is an estimate and transit times can occasionally vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

2. For Items Currently Out of Stock:
* If an item you ordered is not immediately available and is in production, we will promptly notify you via email.
* Our standard production time is approximately 1 week.
* We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your item and provide a revised shipping timeline once production is complete. Your order will be dispatched shortly after the item is ready.

Important Notes:
* Please ensure your shipping address and contact information (especially email) are accurate at checkout.
* Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
* Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we strive for accuracy, international transit can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or local postal service issues.
