Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. All original tags and labels must be securely attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange Follow these 3 simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  • Step 1: Request an RMA. Contact our Customer Service team at hello@beautelicate.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number, the reason for the request, and explicitly state whether you would like a return or an exchange.

  • Step 2: Receive Your RMA & Shipping Label. Our team will review your request. If your request is eligible, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping label, and detailed instructions.

  • Step 3: Pack and Ship. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number on a note inside, securely attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier's location.

3. Processing Your Return & Refund

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to verify they meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).

  • Refund Method: If approved, a refund will be issued directly to the original payment method used for the purchase. (For exchanges, your new item will be processed and shipped).

  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account. Please note that processing times by individual banks or credit card providers may vary.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping at the time of purchase, that amount will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items without the original tags or labels securely attached.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any items that have been custom-made, tailored to specific measurements, or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect or manufacturing error.

  • Final sale items (if applicable, should be clearly marked elsewhere).

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@beautelicate.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or return shipping label at our cost.
