Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and labels securely attached in their original packaging.
How do I start the return process?
It’s simple: email us at hello@beautelicate.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number, as we won't be able to process it.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). We always suggest using a trackable shipping service for peace of mind.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes about 14 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
