Hoops Skirt - Size 16-18

The hoop skirt is good, the hoops are rigid and do not distort with the weight of fabric and there are sufficient hoops all the way down so the gown will sit nicely without any areas appearing as concave. Can't wait to use it for Halloween. I'm doing a period gown but as a zombie, so this skirt is really going to help me make that look awesome. I will keep it for later use as well, so at $33 it's great value.

Elastic Waist With Drawstring Tie Makes for the Perfect Fit

This hoop skirt is great for period costumes, wedding gowns and formal event ballgowns. The length is perfect for my 5'3" height as it is a few inches off the ground and the skirt or dress I wear with it will cover the crinoline. The waist is elasticized but also features a drawstring for extra security; I've found this more comfortable and easy to wear than a version with a straight-up drawstring tie. The material between the hoops is sheer, allowing for breathability, but is still sturdy enough to carry weightier skirts or dresses. Highly recommended!
