I received so many compliments on this shawl at my bridal shower! My shower was in mid-February, but all of the dresses I loved were sleeveless/short sleeved. This shawl kept me warm whenever I had to go outside! The hook was especially useful as it kept the shawl closed without me needing to hold it.

I bought this for a formal wedding at a chateau in the South of France, Bordeaux, and it matched well with my black beaded formal gown. I used it for the outside ceremony and it was cozy, soft but most of all warm as I only had cap sleeves. Packed well also, for the long flight to France.
